Ask a Librarian is a free online information chat service provided by Florida libraries. Real people in real time answer your questions, help you find information, or point you in the right direction to get what you need.

When is the service offered?
Live online help is available

  • 10 a.m.- Midnight ET, Sunday - Thursday
  • 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday - Saturday
You may submit your question via e-mail to TCC librarians 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Who am I chatting with?
Ask a Librarian is a statewide service and you may receive live assistance from a librarian who does not work at your local TCC library. While all our librarians are glad to assist you, they may not be able to access information about your library record.

So come on by the library and check out the new books, our circulating dvd/video collection, the talking books collection, cool off in our comfortable chairs, do some research or even read a few blogs ! and say hi to the staff while you're here !

We'll see you at the Library !
